The 'scheduler' is a multi-user tracker of appointments and events. Each square will show the number of events for the date. Double click on the date in question and a list of all events will be displayed...each event can be updated and new events can be added by all individuals that have permission to do so. All activity can be printed out at any time. The calendar is currently good to the year 2020.
